As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to https://buysafesonline.uk/pages/shipping-&-returns

Next day delivery
Next day deliveries will apply to all orders received before 11:30 am
Products 0-30 kg can be delivered on Saturday/Sunday for an extra £7.00 (except GS8000K/GS8001K)
Multiple items will be based on weight

Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a £20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Returns and Refunds

We will arrange to pick the item up but it will cost the same as what it was delivered
If you were to buy a safe and the delivery cost £13.00 to get it there and £13.00 to have it collected & returned, once inspected for condition & packaging, a full credit would be applied back to you, less the 2 carriage cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the same original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

All shipping costs are non refundable unless the item was proven to be defective when delivered.

All Goods supplied by Phoenix are warranted free from defects for a minimum of
12 monthsfrom the date of supply.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the Goods arising from fair wear and tear,
Wilful damage, accident, negligence by the Customer or any third party, use otherwise than or any alteration or repair carried out without approval in writing.
Advice of damage, delay, non-delivery or partial loss of Goods in transit, or that the Goods supplied to the Customer develop a defect while under warranty, or that the Customer has any other complaint about the Goods, must be notified to Buy Safes Online in writing within 3 days of delivery or performance (or, in the case of non-delivery, within 28 days of despatch of the Goods) and
any such claim must be made in writing to the address on our contact page within 7 days of delivery or performance (or, in the case of non-delivery, within 12 days of despatch). All other claims must be made in writing to Buy Safes Online within 14 days of delivery or performance.
Buy Safes Online shall not be liable in respect of any claim unless these requirements have been complied with except in any particular case where the Customer proves that:
