Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to

and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Extra charges may apply regarding weight, deliveries include stairs or lifts.

Next day delivery

Next day deliveries will apply to all orders received before 11:30 am

Products 0-30 kg can be delivered on Saturday/Sunday for an extra £7.00 (except GS8000K/GS8001K)

Multiple items will be based on weight

0-30kg = £7.50






Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a £20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Returns and Refunds


We have a 30-day return policy


(Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer)


We will arrange to pick the item up but it will cost the same as what it was delivered


If you were to buy a safe and the delivery cost £13.00 to get it there and £13.00 to have it collected & returned, once inspected for condition & packaging, a full credit would be applied back to you, less the 2 carriage cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the same original packaging.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)


Such as;


Where item has seen to be used


Item not in its original condition


Item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.


We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Also please note;

All shipping costs are non refundable unless the item was proven to be defective when delivered.


If your refund is approved a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
